For my current project I'm working on creating my own surface pattern designs! These are two I whipped up in a quick paint workshop! Lots of fun! Quite pleased with the end results aswell!

I think I'm in a shoe - rut. I can't seem to not draw shoes at the moment! I'm blaming these two on the fact that I am breaking out a new set of watercolour pencils! What do you think?? x x

I made this image as an editorial to feature alongside an article on the excess of wealth and especially in the form of the Sultan of Brunei who collected more than 7,000 cars.

Experimenting with Collagraphs

For this next project i'm trying to use materials in ways that I havent thought of before, by using collagraphs onto material - I'm quite pleased with the results at the end of it though.

At the beginning of January I was lucky enough to go to Paris for a week with Uni! Found it very inspirational! Particularly the work of Sonia Delauney at the Pompedou Centre - as I studied her work and that of her husband Robert for a whole module at A-Level! love love loved seeing it in person!! x x x
